Can I learn to sing?????

-I sang when I was in middle school and apparently had a good voice. Then i stopped when my voice started cracking because it was embarrassing. I havent had any in or out of school lessons since and Im going to be a senior in highschool. I sing sometimes with my friends playfully, but sometimes they give me that look like they just licked wasabi listening to my voice but I dont know if theyre joking or not. My voice doesnt sound too bad to myself, but I guess other people wouldnt agree. How will I know if my voice is actually bad and is it possible to really get better/and how would I go about doing so? (I have recorded my voice but I dont really know what to think of it...)Personally, from my experience I think that it's possible that your voice can get better. Just keep practicing your scales daily, or even go hire a voice coach. And if you want to know if you sound good or not ask the people around you that you trust and will give you their honest opinion. It took me a while to see if I could sing. But there were a lot of people that I love that support me and my talent. Hope that helps :)
