Help with song name?! its driving me mad!?

-It was on the second to last waterloo road, (if this helps at all) .

It sounds like paolo nutini but ive looked under his name and cant find it.

the lyrics go something like "i was kissing a window, my breath on a pane, caught in a moment, again"

its just a man and a guitar singing =]
